Game 4, Cleveland. The Cleveland Cavaliers played just a little better than the Boston Celtics to even their best of seven series at 2-2. The Cavs again saw their star player LeBron James struggle with his shooting, but still won 88-77. This continues to be a low scoring, defense dominated series. Even with all his missed shots, James still managed to lead all scorers with 21 points and had the most assists with 13. (Boston as a team, only had 16 assists). The teams played evenly through out the game until the Cavs made some critical shots in the final quarter to increase their lead and ensure the victory. Cleveland got decent support from Wally Szczerbiak, Daniel Gibson and Anderson Varejao and out shot the Celtics except at the free throw line. The Cavaliers were also able to out score Boston in the paint 32-20. Ray Allen and Paul Pierce continue to struggle with their shooting. They only scored 15 and 13 points respectively. Kevin Garnett and Rajon Rondo shot a better percentage from the field with 15 points a piece. I guess in a low scoring series like this, not many players will score 20 or more. Either team can win this series. Next: Game 5, Wednesday, Boston, 8 p.m. ET (TNT).
